We worked with an IT training company who wanted to expand their reach to the international market. We worked with the business to understand their current clients and the sales process in order to understand their business needs and how we could help.
SSC completed a digital audit, including UX website audit, SEO audit, social listening and content analysis.
SSC went on to work with website agencies to improve UX site navigation and create a content management system. SSC was responsible for creating and managing content for web and new social channels to reach new audiences and increase web traffic.
In the first few months, content reach was improved by 45% and web-traffic by 36%. This extended reach has enabled international conversations to take place and a partner programme to help fulfil IT training internationally more easily.
